What is the importance of Customer Feedback?



There is very much importance of customer feedback for establishing a company or process.

1. Establish a process for developing actions in response to issues that are identified from the Customer Feedback program and involve customers in that process.

2. Establish processes for providing customers with information on actions that are being taken to address customer feedback issues.

3. Improve the usefulness of its Customer Survey instruments by identifying ways to improve Customer Response Rates, such as the use of effective follow up procedures.

4. Clarify guidance for customer support representatives to ensure that they are responsible routinely contacting customers to obtain customer feedback.
